We are looking for a Personal Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients, donors, and the community.
Job Summary
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Deliverables:
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Communicating with client through various channels.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, Help with daily time management, Run errands as requested
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively by writing, telephone and personal meeting situations.
- Must be organized, honest, and work well with others, and have an outgoing personality.
- Must speak in a clear, understandable voice and hear at a basic level, and understand English.
