We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients, donors, and the community.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support and communication to our clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our organization. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellent service.
Deliverables:
- Respond to emails, and general inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Assist clients, donors, and community members with questions about our services and programs.
- Provide accurate information about LivingForCure Foundation’s mission, programs, and events.
- Process and track inquiries, applications, and service requests efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the coordination of community outreach efforts and fundraising events.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Must be able to communicate effectively by writing, telephone and personal meeting situations.
- Must be organized, honest, and work well with others, and have an outgoing personality.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Must speak in a clear, understandable voice and hear at a basic level, and understand English.
