We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to input, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage large amounts of data with confidentiality.
Deliverables:
- Assist in processing payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
- Verify employee work hours and attendance records to ensure correct payments.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, benefits, and deductions.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in processing direct deposit and issuing manual checks when necessary.
- Generate payroll reports for internal use and audits.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- Familiarity with data management systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
